Complete restoration of the Italian headquarters and logistics base of Melzo on behalf of Galliker Transport AG, a Swiss company that has been operating in transport sector since 1918.

Complete refurbishment respecting the environment.

The entire building was completely emptied, maintaining the supporting structure in C.A. made up of pillars and slabs in latero-cement. Performed static consolidation in order to adapt it to anti-seismic regulations, external walls consist with 30cm thick Ytong block-work, thermal insulation made with 15cm "Foam-glass" thermal insulation over the entire building covering(ground floor, external walls and roof) in order to achieve complete elimination of the thermal bridges.
Energy efficient windows with triple low emission glass. Internal doors equipped with mechanisation devices like "KABA" with remote control. High efficiency systems equipped with heat pump, photovoltaic system in coverage power 24 Kw.
